Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
You will need
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 2 cups stuffing mix
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• Mini cocktail sticks or skewers (for serving)
1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, add the turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, beaten egg, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt.
Mix together with your hands until well combined.
2. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place evenly on the sheet pan. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the balls.
Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F and the balls are golden brown.
3. Serve and enjoy! Drizzle gravy on top or serve with cranberry sauce - or alternatively garnish with parsley - for serving as an appetizer, place a mini skewer in each to make them easier to pick up for guests.
Tips and tricks!
• Do not skip the egg. It helps prevent the balls from falling apart while cooking.
• The original recipe suggests serving these with a dip such as gravy or cranberry sauce.
• You can also cook these in an air fryer; check the internal temperature once they are done.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
