Frozen dumplings are baked in a sweet and savory mix of soy sauce, garlic, red curry paste, sesame oil, and coconut milk until tender and golden. Finished with a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds for that perfect bite every time.

This recipe serves:

Prep time: 5 mins

Cook time: 25 mins

Total time: 30 mins

You will need

1 14 oz can of coconut milk
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
4 tbsp of soy sauce
4 tbsp of Thai red curry paste
2 tbsp of sesame oil
3 cups of chopped bok choy
15-18 frozen dumplings (or until the baking dish is full)
Sesame seeds for topping
Scallions for topping

1. Preheat the oven to 400°. Add the coconut milk, garlic, soy sauce, curry paste and sesame oil to a 9x13 baking dish

Stir until completely mixed together.

2. Add the chopped bok choy and lightly stir to mix.

Line the dumplings until you have no more room. (Pinch side up.)

Using a baster, dip in the sauce on the bottom of the pan and baste each dumpling so the sauce is on top of them.

3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Half way through, push them on their sides so they get a golden color.

4. Once done sprinkle sesame seeds on top and chopped scallions. Serve and enjoy!

Tips and tricks! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Don’t like bok choy? Use spinach or cabbage instead.

You can drizzle red chili oil all over top of the dumplings once done as well.
