How to make Festive Stuffing Sausage Cranberry Bites

These Stuffing Sausage Bites are the ultimate fall and holiday appetizer! Savory breakfast sausage, seasoned stuffing mix, and plenty of cheddar cheese come together to create tender, flavorful bites that are perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, game day, and holiday parties.

Holiday Stuffing Sausage Bites serves: 8–10

You will need

• 1 pound breakfast sausage

• 1 (6 ounce) box chicken stuffing mix

• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

• 2 eggs

• 1/3 cup milk

• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

• Mini skewers for serving (optional) 


Cranberry Dipping Sauce

• 1 (14 ounce) can cranberry sauce

• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

• 1 tablespoon honey

• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar



1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.


2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.



3. Add the breakfast sausage to a large mixing bowl.


4. Add the stuffing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, poultry seasoning, and black pepper.



5. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined. The mixture will be thick.


6. Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.


7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.



8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.


9. Add the cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar to a small bowl.


10. Whisk until smooth and combined.



11. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.


12. Serve warm with honey mustard, ranch dressing, or cranberry dipping sauce.
