How to make Easy Churro Crescent Rolls

These easy, quick fluffy Churro crescent rolls are probably the easiest yet most impressive party treat to make for your guests - so good for a brunch party or at a summer garden party, when you want something elegant yet quick and something guests won't be able to get enough off of!

Easy Churro Crescent Rolls makes: 8 rolls

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

You will need

• 1 (8 count) can crescent roll dough

• ¼ cup granulated sugar

• ½ tsp ground cinnamon

• ½ cup dulce de leche

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter

To begin, preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate into individual triangles. Spoon a small amount of dulce de leche, about 1 tbsp, onto the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up, starting from the wide end. Pinch the edges closed so the dulce de leche doesn’t leak out while baking.

Place on the prepared baking sheet. Melt the butter in the microwave and brush onto each roll.

Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Brush each roll with a little more melted butter right out of the oven...

Then sprinkle with additional cinnamon sugar.

Optional: drizzle with extra dulce de leche. Let cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy!

Tips and tricks! If you can see the filling from the sides, gently pinch together.

This recipe is easy to double! Just add another can of dough and more dulce de leche. The cinnamon sugar mixture usually makes enough for extra batches.
