How to make Pumpkin Pie Cheese Cracker Bites

These Pumpkin Pie Crackers are an adorable no-bake fall appetizer that's perfect for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, Halloween parties, and autumn snack boards.

Made with cheddar cheese, pita crackers, and a touch of cream cheese, they look just like miniature slices of pumpkin pie while taking only minutes to assemble.

Pumpkin Pie Crackers serves: 30 crackers

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

You will need

• 16 oz cheddar cheese block

• 60 pita crackers

• 1/3 cup cream cheese spread or softened cream cheese

1. Cut the cheddar cheese block in half through the center to create two thinner blocks.

2. Slice each block into small triangles sized to fit on top of the pita crackers.

3. Arrange half of the pita crackers on a serving platter and top each one with a cheese triangle.

4. Cut the remaining crackers in half and discard the pointed ends.

Pipe a small line of cream cheese onto each cracker half and gently press onto the back of each cheese triangle to create the crust.

5. Pipe a small dollop of cream cheese onto each cheese triangle to resemble whipped cream before serving.

Tips and tricks!

• Use a sharp knife for clean cheese triangles and keep the cheese chilled until ready to cut.

Substitutions: Use white cheddar, Colby Jack, or your favorite firm cheese instead of cheddar.

Variations: Sprinkle with paprika for extra color or add a tiny parsley leaf for a festive garnish.

• Store assembled crackers covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. For the freshest texture, assemble shortly before serving.
