You will need

• ½ cup finely chopped mushrooms

• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella 

• ¼ cup chopped spinach, packed tight 

• 2 tbsp bacon pieces 

• 15 phyllo shells 

• Cutting board and knife 

• Medium bowl and spoon 

• Baking sheet and parchment paper 



1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 


Chop the mushrooms and spinach into small pieces so the filling fits neatly inside the phyllo shells. 


2. Combine the mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella, and bacon pieces in a medium bowl 


Then stir until evenly mixed. 


Spoon the mixture into the phyllo shells, then arrange the filled shells on the prepared baking sheet. 



3. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until the filling is hot and the phyllo shells are crisp.
